Welcome. It is a matter of personal pride for P, myself, and our entire team to ensure you receive the absolute highest degree of quality and care. Whether this is your first time visiting the atelier or you are a familiar face, we want your time exploring our wares to be a genuine delight from start to finish. Naturally, we hope you'll find reason to return to us again and again. Should you have a special request, or if a concern arises, please do not hesitate to reach out. We will make every effort to see it sorted promptly and properly. We are always eager to hear how we might refine and improve our service to you!
STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING As a small atelier crafting made-to-order pieces, we generally process standard orders within 5 to 7 business days. We always strive to expedite this process whenever possible, eager to get your selections out the door and on their way to you. Should we anticipate any unexpected delays for any reason, we will reach out to you immediately. Please do contact us if you have any questions whatsoever about your order's journey!
PERSONALIZED ORDER PROCESSING Every one of P's framed and unframed fine art prints is created specially for you upon ordering, and these typically ship within a week. For prints and curios carrying a personal touch, we ask that you allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing and shipping, as these require a bit of extra attention.
Unless you reach out to us directly (and quite quickly!) or we happen to have a question for you, we will not send a proof prior to printing and shipping. Therefore, we kindly ask that you double-check all spelling and details when you place your order to ensure everything is absolutely perfect.
CUSTOM ORDER PROCESSING Because the bespoke services we offer are so wonderfully varied, every custom order will be given its own specific project deadline upon ordering. It is truly essential that you contact us to discuss your vision before we can provide a proper timeline or quote. We look forward to collaborating with you to bring your ideas to life!
PACKAGING When it comes to preparing P's framed and unframed fine art prints and our other curios for their journey to you, we take the utmost care. To ensure your art arrives safely, all unframed prints are shipped perfectly flat. We carefully nestle your artwork inside a protective cellophane bag. Then, we secure the cello bag to the center of a slightly larger piece of cardstock with low-tack tape and slide this protective amalgamation within a rigid, stay-flat envelope. Finally, we apply a very clear (and slightly stern) "DO NOT BEND" label to the front, all but ensuring it arrives in pristine condition. If you happen to be taking home several prints at once, we will carefully evaluate the safest way to bundle them—whether that means a reinforced mailer or a sturdy cardboard shipping box, always cushioned with recyclable padding.
For our framed pieces and other curios, we wrap them snugly in protective, recyclable materials and a clear sleeve, finishing the parcel with a simple, neat bow of string or twine. Rest assured, we make certain everything is packed securely into sturdy shipping boxes so your new treasures arrive exactly as they left our hands.
SHIPPING Every parcel sets off on its journey directly from our Minneapolis studio. We primarily entrust our deliveries to the postal service (USPS), though we will occasionally call upon FedEx or UPS when the situation demands it. If you have a specific courier preference, please do contact us before finalizing your purchase, and we will see what can be arranged!
For our friends ordering from abroad: please be mindful that we cannot take responsibility for any international customs fees or duties your local government might impose. It is always a wise idea to check with your local customs office regarding the rules and regulations that may apply to your package once it crosses the border.
