P. Pleasant Atelier is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Fraud Prevention

We will do everything in our power to prevent the processing of fraudulent orders, including contacting you by phone or email to verify your payment and shipping information. Personalized and/or Custom Goods

P. Pleasant LLC reserves the right to display personalized and/or custom goods to fully represent our services in our custom galleries, on our blog, on social media, and in our physical sample books.

Personal information, including contact information and/or addresses, will be blurred for all online display purposes. We reserve the right to display your full name on and off our site. In our physical book of custom good samples, personal information may not be blurred to more accurately represent our work. All personalized and/or custom work, including works with personal photographs, will be added to our custom galleries without consent. If you do not want your personal photographs to fully show, please contact us and we will gladly blur faces and/or additional content. P. Pleasant LLC reserves the right to keep all general information, imagery, text, and design elements to display the range of our products and services.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties for their independent use. However, we may disclose your personal information to third parties for legitimate purposes, including:

Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage on a secure server behind a firewall. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify. To help protect and grow our business, we use Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data obtained from your interactions with our Store. Cookies

A cookie is a tiny text file automatically saved on your computer to improve your shopping experience (e.g., recognizing your browser or storing shopping cart contents).   • _session_id: Unique token, sessional. Allows Shopify to store information about your session.

  • _shopify_visit: No data held. Persistent for 30 minutes. Used by our internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.

  • _shopify_uniq: No data held. Expires midnight of the next day. Counts visits to a store by a single customer.

  • cart: Unique token. Persistent for 2 weeks. Stores contents of your cart.

  • _secure_session_id: Unique token, sessional.

  • storefront_digest: Unique token, indefinite. Used to determine if a visitor has access to password-protected shops.
