Internet fraud is a serious concern, and we urge you to be cautious in your internet transactions. If you feel you have been the victim of fraudulent purchase activity through our store, please contact your bank immediately. Unless instructed not to by your financial institution, contact us next. We will do everything in our power to prevent the processing of fraudulent orders, including contacting you by phone or email to verify your payment and shipping information. Should we notice an order appearing irregular, we will contact you before processing. We strive to ensure the security of our customers and reserve the right to reject any order which raises concern.
Information Protection & Security
We have created our site with your privacy and security in mind. We take reasonable precautions and follow the industry's best practices to make sure your private information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
All credit card and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks: a 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate and stored with an AES-256 encryption. We follow all Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements. If you choose a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card data only as long as necessary to complete your purchase. This information is encrypted through the PCI-DSS before being sent to our payment gateway provider (Stripe.com) for authorization. We do not otherwise store your credit card information.
Please be aware that no security measures are perfect. Any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive information to us.
Retention of Your Information
How long we retain your personal information depends on different factors, such as whether we need the information to maintain your account, provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce contracts.
